* Reservations are required and can be made via phone or email. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation and can be made via eTransfer or credit card.

* Our shuttles will only allow for one suitcase (up to 50 lbs) and one carry-on per passenger.​

* In fairness to all passengers, if you are running late we can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes past pick-up time. Any time later than this will result in your trip being cancelled and the fare being retained. Halifax Stanfield Airport departure is no later than 2:30pm.

* We are pet friendly. We can only accommodate small pets and they must be in a carrier. The carrier would be considered your carry-on luggage.

* We cannot be held responsible for missed appointments, flights, etc. due to delays caused by weather, road construction, accidents, mechanical breakdowns or other delays outside of our control.

* We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger that appears to be under the influence of any intoxicating substance or is deemed unfit to travel at time of pick-up.

* We do not travel in severe weather. If deemed to be unsafe for the day we reserve the right to cancel trips. We will work with scheduled passengers to rebook when it is safe to resume travel.
